Improvements may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-1 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>New road foundation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>New asphalt pavement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>New curb &amp; gutter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>New storm drain system<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>New pedestrian facilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>New street lighting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>MOA PM&amp;E has contracted with CRW Engineering Group, Inc. (CRW) to provide preliminary engineering and design services. CRW will evaluate alternatives to improve the roadway and provide recommendations in a Design Study Memorandum (DSM). The project is funded only through the DSM phase.
